Review: Coconut🥥 1 Minute Hair Treat : Conditioner, Mask and Leave-in By Garnier Fructis
Hey, there gorgeous!
I am getting at lot of questions on my Instagram and in person about my current hair routine, so I’m in the process of writing ✍️ blog post of my complete hair routine for curly hair🧖♀️💁♀️ (If you hair is dry, it will work for you, too)
While I was working on the post I received a Vox Box and tried Coconut🥥 1 Minute Hair Treat from Garnier Fructis 🌱, so I decided to put up a review on it really fast.
I don’t know about your hair, but my hair loves shampoos from Garnier Fructis 🌱, but no matter how good product can be I have to rotate products pretty often for both my hair and skin, because my hair and skin adjust to products so fast.
I gave it a try, their formula is 100% vegan 🌱 , no silicones 🌱, no parabens🌱, no artificial colors 🌱(so the bad stuff is out).
Most of the hair masks you have to leave on your hair for half an hour or so, and truth be told I haven’t expected much results in just one minute…
But to my surprise it showed pretty decent results for 1 minute mask…
👌 It really shows a lot moisture right away (and I mean you can feel it right away within seconds on your wet hair) and really intense gloss!
Here are the results before and after in intensely humid conditions of Florida (that day I had the windshield wipers on it was that humid).
This is before picture:
This is immediate after as it was drying out:
This is final styled:
👌 you can use it as a mask, as a conditioner and leave-in. My favorite combo is to use it as a mask and a conditioner
👌 It did not weigh my hair down at all it was really easy to manage and felt light 💁♀️
👌🥥 coconut 🌴 oil and extract are really good for your hair: anti-fungal, antibacterial. It actually penetrates your hair shaft and delivers nutrients and minerals to keep it healthier.
👌 I did not smell like coconut 🥥 right after. It smelled rather clean with barely any 🥥 smell.
🙍♀️Thing I did not like 🤦♀️:
🤷♀️ I’m not sure 🤔 but it seemed to really frizz up towards drying but it was pretty easy fix: I took some of it and used on damp hair. It fixed the problem. Although I have to admit that humidity was rather extreme that day. 🤷♀️ It did not provide any volume at all. It never claimed it would though, although it did make up for it with hair manageability.
💡💡💡 Final thoughts 💡💡💡:
Will it be my all time favorite?
As a time saving product and to get results on the go. Garnier is on the right track though eliminating all the bad stuff from their products 🙌🙌🙌 Really impressed with the glossy hair results.
I received the product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.
